- Items must be returned within 14 days of the notification that you wish to return the item.
- Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags still attached.

- We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.
- We will work with our supplier to provide a return/refund for the damaged or defective product.
