Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Sutras Services 1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of Sutras services, including yoga, holistic coaching, and wellness programs. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. 2. Booking and Payment All services require advance booking. Payment must be made through accepted methods, including major credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 3. Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge of up to 50% of the session cost. No shows may be subject to the total cost of service. 4. Waitlist If a service is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist. A waitlist option will appear on our site, allowing you to easily join and be notified if a spot becomes available. 5. Location Requirements Sessions can be held at our provided space or a location of your choice. If you opt to use your own space, you are responsible for ensuring it is suitable for the session. 6. Confidentiality Sutras respects your privacy. All personal information will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes. 7. Access to Community Clients will have access to our supportive online community for additional resources and connection, applicable to both packages and memberships. Engagement in the community is encouraged, and members are expected to uphold a respectful and supportive environment. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or any form of negative conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community. 8. Refunds All sales are final; no refunds will be issued after purchase. 9. Liability Waiver By participating in Sutras physical services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. You release Sutras and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to your participation. 10. Health Disclaimer Sutras services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program. 11. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky. 12. Policy Changes Sutras reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to clients through email or notice on our website.
